Mr. Sandman ships via UPS Ground from Buffalo, NY
Shipping charges are automatically calculated using the online calculators provided by UPS, and the amount of the shipping charge is shown at the time you select the service. We do not charge a handling fee. Some items may be shipped separately, but in those cases you will not be charged extra..
All sand sculpture items are hand made and can take to 1-4 weeks for delivery. As long as we have 4 weeks notice, we can handle any quantity of any item for your special occasion!
Return
If you are not satisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 30 days and receive your money back (minus shipping) or exchange it for another item. You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail with delivery confirmation, or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
